    It suggested the work auctioned was so bad it looked deliberate. (All of it being a banal variation on what Hirst had done before - some of it even looking like Damien Hirst replicas or parodies)

    In fact Hirst was actually making a point of the auction itself.

    By making his work so bad on purpose, he was daring the market to recognise that by crashing.

    Highlighting the incredibly rich cunts who sustain the market, as ill-advised and tasteless fools in the process.

    MWwaahahahaha.

    Props to him. I like it.
