    no, I more meant that larger agencies down south would have bigger teams to split work across, reducing teh relative strain on a studio working to win and to complete jobs (so maybe, aye ;D)

    Completely agree on teh ego stroke thing. London has a romance that any big cosmopolitan place does, its hard to compete with when the rain is lashing down and the Old Firm fans are singing in the street outside ;)

    Truth is its great being in a wee studio up here servicing the myriad cool cultural things that happen here in music, art etc, but the move to expand is the thing that gets pretty tough I think, especially if you don't want to open a london branch.
