Llyod - Thank for the advice and nozzle is to nice of word.
epete22 - Thanks of the input and getting other people to have look too. Recruiter's is a an idea but I might jsut go direct and see what happens.
dyspl - Love to make more personal artwork and stuff was a great out of ideas and things, but not after a days work when your mind is burnt with all the day to day work!
SoulFly - thanks for input. Good input too. And yes I don't have much personal or client projects. That’s why I feel there is big hole I need to fill fast. But like you say I have run/created 2 magazine and designed say 20,000 adverts and turned the company brand around too in them 5 years! so good idea to say that I have experience running a department on my own. Also shows I can work and get things done on my own devices too. Which can help.

TResudek - hey hey never ask for my post to be proof read. Anyway all the editorial is done by the editor and is all spelt correctly. If not that’s why the proofer is there. But yes my English skills are poor did get a D in my GCSE’s when I did them like 10 years ago!
Anyway thanks for all the comments and input. Helps to know what people think other than myself. Just need to sort my stuff out and see what happens!
