The painted one is thicker, but was hand-painted 1947 and probably redone a couple of times..
You are looking at the "hamburger, sausages, beer"-sign at an angle, so I don't think you can really tell if the middle of the S is at an angle or not.- the painted one isn't even ten years old, that section is fairly new...Greedo
