If we're going off who's more financially successful it might be up in the air between Dre/Cube. I don't think Eazy came close to their earnings later in his career.
As far as personal talent, Cube was the best rapper to come out of NWA. Cube/Eazy were the lead mc's with Ren pulling up in 3rd. Easy had a unique sound but Cube has substance & style even more so after leaving the group.
Right up until Lethal Injection...after that he lost the broke rapper hunger. I think he had to clean up his inner hatred so he could be excepted in the mainstream so he could sell his movie ideas.
In the current rap game I think Dre has the only relevance left.
