Mine had a dust jacket that was a foldout poster of a bunch of QBN certified designers, artists, etc. The book was smythe sewn, with a gray herringbone patterned material for the cover. The interior was printed on Monadnock for text and Kromekote for section dividers flooded with black. Oh and there appears to be at least 10 spot colors throughout. It came with a gold plaque that was hand-engraved by Mr. Kristofer himself. It reads "gramme, you've broken my heart. Come back baby."
