wow, I've just found out two of my friends who have been going out since our 1st year at uni in 96 and living together in london for the last 7 years have split up. The girl just dumped the lad out of the blue and he's devastated. I think he might take it a bit bad, I suspect she may have been his first (certainly proper) girlfriend.
