karacters created the pre-Look of the games design elements (so everything you've seen up till now) and there is an internal design dept at VANOC which has created the look of the games. Bell web solutions designed the new website.
budget isn't as off the charts as you may think, especially considering we are following Beijing's whose operating budget was $40 billion and ours will come in just under $2 billion.
