    This is silly. Most food is fine in moderation, just don't eat craploads of sugary foods, same goes for fat and salt etc.
    It's just common sense. Know your RDAs and stick to them.
    People over complicate nutrition sometimes. The people who get obese are literally having 10s of times over their RDAs of some things. Also doesn't help that manufacturers package unhealthy food in massive packs – especially in america, the small print says something like 'this pack contains 10 portions' but they know people will eat it all in one go.
