1st and 3rd seem the most successful based on organization and heirarchy of content. 2nd not so much - heirarchy of content is less successful. Also in the 2nd the grid for the images is super tight - you might want to open it up a little. Overall I'd say that there's just way too much information on screen - if you can convince them it would be in their best interest to consolidate or eliminate what is unneccessary it would unclutter the pages greatly.
Other than that I think you''ve tamed the beast for the most part. I would say this is right inline for middle-aged women.. but then again.. i'm not a middle aged woman and have little insight into their thought process.
