  I like my D700 cause it handles so well in low light. Even at 1600 (which i think is max with out significant noise) it works pretty well.

  Only thing that i notice is the softness around the edges but i guess thats for all full frames.

  Another is that with Nikon FX format, you are limited with your lens choices. And pricey.

  • Dinky, I was at Kinokuniya reading photo magazine. They compared D300 and D700. It blew me away.tkmeister
  • Especially on the DOF comparison. D700 can isolate subject much better.tkmeister
  • is this a hint you telling me to get 5D and you get my D700? :D
