    1. the layer checked and I couldn't apply for a 0-1
    2.could be a solution, I have to check if the applying period is ok (but I doubt I can manage to have it ready within a month)
    3. Don't want to put myself nor my employer in a bas situation, and being banned is too bad (I rather miss this time and being able to apply next years)

    F**K, this is so frustrating ; I have a job I'd love to have waiting for me, twice better paid than any I had before and interesting, and I'm currently unemployed in france since nearly 1year.....
