I'm thinking about ditching "Witt" for "Wolf". That's my maiden name after all. What do you think?
- I think I'm wondering why you have a maiden name.Nairn
- I was wondering that too. For some reason I like that you called it that.Jaline
- Because I think I could play a lute, if one was given to me.********
- Do you mean your mother's original last name? I do like the name "Wolf". sputnik's last name is that.Jaline
- Ok. To be honest "wolf" was the last name of my putative grand-father.********
- my family names are simple: father-side = goth-son (wisigoth); mother-side = blacksmith.********
- wolf's my maiden name, because it describes my social character. Silent, faithful, playful but serious.********
- btw, i was playing with the "maiden name" concept. please accept that I joke with words often.********
- Gosh - where's your sense of humour?********
- I guess that being a foreigner to english makes you wonder about what I say sometimes?********
- about "maiden name"... it was a poor pun. I was thinking about Yeats and the Inviolate Rose.********
- I miss Corvo, personally.
Also, I don't understand #6.
Though I do like 'wolfwit' - like halfwit, only menacingly so.Nairn - you don't understand note #6?********
- Yes.
Which is to say 'no'.Nairn - Well then I don't understand why you don't. Those are my family names. Unless it seems posh to you?********
- You mean to say your surnames are actually 'wisigoth' and 'blacksmith'?
Former's particularly cool!Nairn - They are. I don't understand what the fuss is about.********
- both were underpaid workers at the time, like I am now.********
- Well, judging by my last name, at least one of my forebears was a bit of an dick...Nairn
- I do believe you're trying to read too much, my friend. It's just names.********
- Unless you're the last Weir of Hermiston, of course :P********
- hiJaline
- you called?Jaline
- Now it's my turn to fail at teh hyoomorz.Nairn
- hi!********
- also, Nairn, I never said name was "wisigoth", I said Goth-son. I can mail you my ID card if you wish.********
- Por todas as árvores do Minho! Is this where we end?********
- NO!********
- hello, Jaline, how is it going?********
- "maiden name" was a joke.********
- yeah, don't worry about it :PJaline
- Nairn is still not convinced, though. I can tell he harbours something.********
