I still think we (Chargers) have a chance. Denver is the only strong team in our division (sorry Morilla) and we should have beat the Broncs today, not by much, but it should have been a win. This is the same shit we went through last year.
I swear though...if Norvel and Ted Cottrell are still there next year, I might be shopping for a new team. Both these guys are complete boneheads. Norv runs LT straight up the gut about 90% of the time, even my grandmother knows that Tomlinson is only average up the middle and golden in space. Why have I not seen LT get that signature pitch and run around the left side???? In the 06 season that was the bread and butter...now he's splitting the tackles every play! And Cottrell is so afraid of the 'big play' that he doesn't turn our linebackers loose on the QB, instead he drops guys back into coverage and gives the receivers and the QB all the time they need to actually make the big play.
It's maddening watching their play calling. We've got 53 extremely talented athletes and a couple of monkeys telling them what to do.
Maybe we'll pick up Kiffin on Tues Morilla. News on the street is that Al Davis is going to be the new Owner, GM and coach of your beloved Faiders. :O
- uhhhh, get your info straight. Lofton will prolly step in.********
- and I never said the Raiders were the shit, they are rebuilding. It's SD that is a huge disappointment.********
- I never get it with them,,, so much talent... But just fall flat.********
- Yeah I was just messin about Davis becoming coach. But yeah, definitely disappointed over here. :(tommyo
- Btw, Lofton is a good dude. We fired him last year so you're getting our sloppy seconds. But in all honesty I'd rather ...tommyo
- him be our coach than Norvel Turner. :(tommyo
- Al needs to go soon, it will always be F-ed with him at the helm.********
- Isn't that part of their charm? Old out-of-touch creepy Al Davis leading the charge! He's like a meat eating Liberace.tommyo
- It is, but his thoughts of the game don't fit into the current structure. I hear his son will take over. Who********
- is more in tune with the current NFL startegy********
- uhhhh, get your info straight. Lofton will prolly step in.
