Well the bodies here tonight, are wired for sound
and youve never felt so lonely,
alone as you are now
but the pulse of the beat is oh so strong
if you knew the words..
well, you might just sing alongthe girl on stage is about to begin
and all the smoke in here, could cover up her sins
a moment of weakness
the thrill of the scene
you might think different tho, if you'd seen what i seenI've seen the truth, i've seen the light
there must have been an angel, dancing here tonight...
i know the truth, i heard her sing...
this is how...
angels lose their wingsmy minds on fire, but my hearts electrified
and you know lightning never strikes the same place twice
but the closer she gets the cheaper the thrill
just swallow your pride now darling,
its such a bitter pillI've seen the truth, i've seen the light
