    In cologne, where I lived, it was great.
    Cologne centrum was about 20mins with metro/tram so I lived a little outside, some other small city.. pretty cool actually; nice skate park, lots of things to do,
    in cologne there are some art galleries, cool streets/shops and parks
    and toffe zijsteegjes.
    never been in berlin, but I think its pretty much the same, only bigger and a DDR touch.
