    Small businesses that pay as individuals (majority of small business') would be effected greatly and possibly be forced to lay off the same people who Obama is trying to save or close business.

    O: 50k a year salary would save $1200
    M: 50k a year salary would save $350"

    Too simplistic. Married couples would be effected and small business' as well. Even the "Fat cat" you are wanting to tax would greatly increase the chances that the "fat cat" would be forced to layoff the same people you're trying to save.

    Economics 101 but the Democrats never understand this notion.
