  Over all Dregs, I think your new medication does a good job of levelling out the troughs and the peaks of your psychosis, but there is still a certain noticeable wavering in your temperament that betrays your mental disability.

  Try increasing the dosage a bit. I know they say you shouldn't mess with your prescription, but fuck them, what do they know eh?
