  what you wanna do is actually several things...but basically you wanna
  1.) load the xml
  2.) make an xmlLIST and loop through it declaring new instances of your button class and setting the attributes of your button class from the values of your xml

  Check the example for XMLList in the language reference.
  that will get you headed in the right direction.
