  One thing I know, even if I had Nike+ on my iPhone, I'd never take for a run! I'd be too pissed if I'd drop it by mistake, or brake/damage it in any way.

  • agree. shuffle was the only thing i took running. it really slowed me down though so now i take noutDancer
