Harper's timing is absolutely perfect. The Conservities have been running a tight ship and probably will take a majority.
Dion is just not a charismatic character. Plus he will be running on his last headline which was his proposed carbon tax. With the economy slowing down and gas prices skyrocketing this looking very bad for the Liberals chances of gaining seats.
