I've just been consumed by sadness, as I recalled times past when my life and career were on track and I was a dynamic and ambitious hustler in a world very different from this one.
Is it possible, I now wonder... is it possible to make my way back there? After so many years sat on my own pootling about, making book covers and record sleeves, and with no strategic and creative brand development/management work to show for the last 6 years... could I possibly make it back there to that dynamic cut-throat world of back-stabbing mini-minded political shanking and paranoia, when every day hangs on a knife edge as you wait to see if your brand sinks or swims at the trade fairs?
Actually, on reflection.... I like it here just fine.
