yeah, that's the one. sRGB working/document space inside your design app's is a 'safe' constant that is a accepted globally. Pretty much everything else is against you i.e. different gamma between pc and mac, old browsers not respecting colour spaces, some guy that has set his brightness and contrast to suit counter strike for maximum kills etc...
sRGB in PS will be path of least resistance for you (in my opinion :D)
