    K, I've dug through a 'portfolio' page from when I moved down to London.

    This is the frontage graphic I was employing on it (flash nav up top, so it cascaded into that space)


    (I think this was the first project I raised my head up to ask for a crit for on NT)

    Bear in mind, I had no design education at this point (or since, for that matter), and working for a newspaper company, most of these things were turned around in one or two days, start to finish. I'm showing these as laughable or nearly there (just not quite) kind of proofs of my ineptitude.

    Not saying I'm much better now - but I have learned to spend more than the barest amount of time needed to push something out.

    These are from early '99 - 2000:

    This is me, around late 2000-early 2001, in a small graphic for an online game I was involved in for Bravo - no idea whether i did this graphic or not, and it was someone else's art direction.


    (added in 'handsome devil' tag for portfolio - no idea why I thought that was a good idea)

    For the end of that game, here's some l33t photoshopping (shows one of the characters, enjoying the fruits of his Blagging)

    I've never let my horrific embarrassment stand in the way of a good laugh - so laugh away.

    • For further justification - the really early stuff was '1 or 2 days' with all the other stuff I had to do - update newspapersNairn
    • (2 of them, 3 on friday), make 2 banner ads each day, etc - so really, a few hours on each at most.Nairn
