    I find it pretty hard to comprehend that anyone who would have cosmetic surgery has any kind of respect for themselves.

    This shit is getting common place. That new Olay ad. "Love the skin your in" - starts with the line "if you're not ready for surgery..."

    I mean what the fuck is that? Not fucking ready? Is this like loosing your virginity now?
