1] If you have a steady hand, Go for it and drain the nail yourself.
A searing hot paper clip to the soft flesh under your toe nail is not a pleasant experience, trust me. (otherwise get ur GP to do it)2] be sure to hold your breath. The stench of burning toe nail is fucking putrid!
3] get tissues ready
Then sit back and enjoy the sheer sense of relief as your toe no longer feels like its going to fall off.
