honestly, I find the coldness in both cases quite stimulating, but just for overall skin area and impact, I'd have to say the I prefer the cold toilet seat..
For the record, I *just* went for a piss, half-wanting a dump, but just did one of those 'bugler' type single note farts, and I was done.
