I think you and I have distinct parrellels in our lives.
At the age of 9 I started using crack. I found that this caused a significant downturn in my financial situation - I too couldn't get 200 meg worth of movies on my server. And so, employing the tactics of the man I used my brain and switched the situation on its head. I've been selling crack cocaine to a broad market of eager participants for 15 years now. I now have all the money to host as many crack servers on my body as I desire. Not only that but with my recent entrepreneurial activities my expansion into a broader segment of the drug trade has resulted in greater money earning capacity = more megs.
