hhhm how should I put it,
Bruxelles is nice and everything, but you're going to be dead bored starting the third day.
Here's what you should do the fourth day.
wake up early, let say around 9 go straight to La gare du Midi and take the train to Amsterdam but get out at "Rosenthal". once you there get some bud and take the train back to bruxelles. it will take you around 2 or 3 hours if you're fast enough and don't over smoke in amsterdam.
(btw: if you don't want to go back to bruxelles, go to Anvers its quite nice and you'll get the cold air and grey sky from the north see (if you are in the rap game go get some diams)).

lets say you decide to come back. once you're back at the Midi station, get the train and go to namur (i'm not sure the name of the exact zone, get some help from the tourist desk), outside the town there's a tundra zone, full of quicksand hole and dinosaur fossils. its amazing and if you're baked its even better. watch out for those holes if you don't want to get lost :).
when you're done ride the train and go to luxembourg or france for a quick sausage refill. this trip can be done in a day if done well, but the tundra is so fuckn amazing that if I was you i'll stay there at least 2 days.

    Cheers
