  Set up a Paragraph Style with a right-tab positioned at a distance that would be at the far right of your column width. Set a Leader Character, in the Wired example, it would be a grey slash or whatever. This should work, but since I’m kickin’ it at home and don’t have InDesign at hand, let me know.
