  Give the boy a break. I'd like to see everyone else work at 19 year old. He's going to uni soon, he will learn. In the meantime he's trying and he's doing pretty well. He doesn't have any solid or outstanding work, but is fair enough. As far as the work isn't compromising is a good start. He can always put on his uni projects. In the meantime he's learning one of the most difficult things: self-promotion
