Couple of helpful hints that usually work for me:
1: You don't have to remember every little detail but try and "chunk" your key points together and then lay them out in sequence. If you know your stuff well enough, you can ad lib between them.
2: Tell a story.
3: Don't be afraid to crack a joke or two.
Instead of imagining everyone naked, imagine you're at a bar having a chat with a friend and they are asking you about what you need to present on. Keep it casual but informative.
