"what do you mean you can't turn that fax into a website?"
"well, i can scan it and put it online"
"should i send you a word document on a cd rom tomorrow?"
"hmm.."
"what..? you are the designer, turn it into something fancy..err.. i don't know"
"alright... but please email me the doc"
"our email server is down, i am sorry"
"can't you use gmail?"
"what......?"
"it is a web based email service offered by google.. for free.."
