Have a think about this -
Why not add the '+10% late fee' into your rates and then offer your clients a 10% discount if they pay their invoice within 14days of being issued..Like that you should get paid quicker, you look like a good guy by offering a discount, and if they're late paying you get your '+10% late fee' anyway.
