I have not done a presentation sense I left college, but they are nerve racking. I remember the first presentation I had to give when I went to my new college. It started out with just the people on are course, then two other course joined the presentation, before I new it I was speaking in-front of 70+ people and given a bloody speech, and I was first up, great.
I also remember some people who just crack under the pressure, me and my mates would hold £10 bets on who would crack first, it was like watching an episode of Dragon Den
