    I'm switching to a 6 meals a day diet to gain some more weight, starting properly next week but I've decided to lead up to it as best I can until then and am now on meal number 2 of the day. Its going to be a fucking struggle but I am channeling the spirit of Conan to get me through it. Wish me luck, I could really do with a couple of extra stone

    • You may want to change to instead of eating more, to drink slim fast WITH your meals so it's like doubling up.

    • Yea kOna is pretty helpful in this area. His wife too as she is a trainer. We had a NT Fit Club or something lame awhile back.
