dear blog,
i made it to Mainland China. I am in Dongguan, a semi primative city that only received paved roads in the last decade. it is mainly a factory city that produces most of what is "MADE IN CHINA" this is that city. The factory the company i work for boasts over 7500 workers plus 200 workers for our sample room and 50 Managers and Merchandizers. My hotel room is very up scale and is rather nice, with everything you would imagine in any 5 star hotel.
I went shopping today in Hong Kong and spent a rather nice amount in some very high end shops and bought 3 pairs of sneakers, new denim and a lot of tees. I ate non stop in HK as the food is sooooo amazing. I didnt get to meet QBN's HK team as they canceled on me and im rather annoyed even though they each had their own reasons and they are ok but, as a foreigner in their city i expected a better show from their end so to jevad and ephix you each get a QBN -1. shame shame. :P
well im off to the hotel spa for a foot massage, body rub and steam bath after the already 4 weeks of traveling im rather spent...
to touch it off i left nyc to alaska then to taipei then to hong kong [these were all by airplane] then to mainland china by train and then by car... i will have to the same in reverse to get back to NYC.
i have 4 weeks left... it is hot and mega humid in china. its so ultra gross and aircondition doesnt exist in the factory...
ugh!!!
