Thing I hate about Comcast... they have an Internet division, and a regular phone division for sales and tech support.
If you order from the Internet, you can't talk to the Internet people via phone... how fucked up is that? I was talking to someone on the phone trying to sort out a double-billing (which often happened), and they said to contact the Internet department. So, I said, OK what is the number? They don't have a number, you have to contact them over the Internet...but when you go to the live chat, they would never be able to help, and try asking for a manager that way, or a name...
