In defense of Britney though I bet you'd get pretty much that quality of vocals from any performer who puts on one of them leaping about all over the shop shows. Theres a reason why proper quality singers in the olden days just sat on a bar stool in a glittery evening dress and high heels.
Not Frank Sinatra though... he wore a suit.
