one thing i learned, always have all your document ready
- blank check ready
- bank history with last 2 months statement
- credit report if you have one
- your old utility + phone / mobile
- all IDslots of scams, I dig through cause i didnt want to pay for brokers fee, which can be 1-3 months rent.
