    I find it intriguing that so many people hate vegetarians. I'm not one by the way. Surely you can't dislike someone so violently becuase they don't, won't or can't eat meat. Surely what you despise is the general catch-all generalised socio-politcal stance that is taken by some people who also, more often than not, happen to espouse the virtues of vegetarianism as well as practising it and veering towards the militant promotion of it as an ethical choice.

    I only ask becuase my Girlfriend is vegetarian, purely because she doesn't like meat. You'd be hard pushed to hate her for it though. She'd happily rustle you up a bacon sandwich and not even mention she doesn't eat meat.

    So stop hating vegetarians. Its misguided: Hate preachers.
