I don't think anyone's going to read those paragraphs... they should be 3 lines at the most. I tend to just skip to the bullet points, it is supposed to be a summary... all that detailed info should be discussed and brought up at the interview really.
as an aside, I'd be more practical about things like "• Improve internal business processes and plan sales strategies" - maybe you should give a concrete example instead of being vague. IE: fired half the staff for not doing any work and gave their salaries as bonuses to the ones that did work. etc.
