I agree, there's no clever idea here or any new original style, it's not even 'cool' anymore, it's out of date rubbish for backwards wannabe trendwhores and if it's meant to be selling product, well it fails there too.
If you're going to rely on style over content, make sure there's some style, and not this played out crap. I'd call this 'braindead' advertising for the braindead.
