  I own a loft and everything has been fine as well. I could have easily afforded a house, but I just don't have the time to mow the lawn, etc, etc.

  • $225/mo. Covers heat, a/c, directTV hdtv, minor maintenance . It works out in my favor (especially in Winter here)Seanbot
