comcast was supposed to come to my house today and setup internet access for me. my wife took the day off and the nitwits never showed. They claim they called me, which my phone shows they didn't, but the customer service people insists the tech service person called.
I've already waited for 8 days since I initially set-up the scheduled appointment. As soon as Verizon FIOS is available where I live, I'm signing-up.
