  I've gotta be honest: I've been with them for years, and I've never had a problem (except the problem I have with those stupid "Slowski" turtles). In fact, because I was satisfied with their service, I went ahead and got the phone line (in addition to the internet and cable that I already had). I did have to wait three days for a repairman once, but that was 'cause I called Friday afternoon.
