I always include the paypal payment link in my blinksale invoices. However, only for projects under $1000 and only for clients with a good payment record. If a new client wants to pay via paypal, I'll charge +3% to cover charges and expect payment within 1wk.
*Oh, always make sure payment "goes through" before sending files.
