Honestly they are a classic example of a monopoly. Most people have had horrible experiences (myself included) with their service, yet continue to use them. I know in alot of areas they are the only high-speed internet option available. It sucks! I use Qwest DSL, and even though DSL really sucks, Qwest as a company is so much better than Comcast. I refuse to use Comcast anymore. Now if everyone would speak with actions maybe this monstrosity would see some competition.
