why hasn't there ever been a scene in a mob movie where the boss is playing football with his son and has his trusted lieutenant standing next to him and he suddenly picks up his child and removes its left leg with his bare hands, then while his child lies bleeding in a state of shock he takes out a pen knife and flays the leg then uses the bone, scraps of muscle and tendon still clinging to it, to repeatedly smash the henchman in his face till its a bloody pulsating mess then takes the leg bone and slowly starts to force it down the guy's throat, twisting it as he goes and saying "you... betrayed... me"?
