Yea it's weird. Sometimes I get ones who do, and other times I don't.
Occasionally I am grateful that they aren't risking my life as much as they normally do, but other times I'm like ... fuck I know this light is really long you daft cunt, haha.
My favourite is when I give a nice tip, they still try and get me for one more dollar. Actually I had a cabbie dropping me off from PHL take me the wrong route.
And when I got out and gave him his tip he was like, "Hey man, I drove you all over the place the flat rate isn't good."
I just went, "Yea, I didn't ask you to get lost. Sorry buddy."
Then in a hilarious turn of events, my next cab driver to take me to Citizens Park was hilarious ... and I actually got him again when I was going to the airport two days later.
He just went, "Oh shit, it's you again. My man. You don't smell like a brewery this time."
